Tuition Policy

Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. All purchases are final and we do not issue refunds, credits or exchanges. No class credit transfers may be made to anyone. We do not offer makeup classes.

Tuition can be paid either: month-by-month or multiple months upfront

For month-by-month tuition:
Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month and due within 7 days
Tuition that is 7 days past due is subject to a $10 late fee
Students that wish to pause or withdraw from classes must provide a 30 day notice before the 1st of the month via email to chicagoirishdancestudio@gmail.com.

For multiple months paid upfront:
Tuition must be paid in full before the start of the session

Tuition is not based on the amount of classes per month, but rather on the number of weeks of classes per year (Sept - June). This factors in time off for holidays and cancellations due to inclement weather.

While the new term starts in September, students can join at any time (at the teacher's discretion) if there is space in the class. Students starting mid-way through the term may need to schedule a private lesson to catch up on class material.
