Member Courses:
- 7+ Days Notice: Full refund (minus a $20 administrative fee).
- 1–6 Days Notice: No cash refund; 100% Studio Credit will be issued for a future session.
- Once Course Begins: No refunds or credits will be issued.
- Injury Clause: In the event of a significant medical injury that prevents a student from participating for the remainder of a course, a pro-rated Studio Credit may be considered. Please contact the studio directly to discuss your options.
Drop-In Classes:
- Early Cancellation (12+ hours notice): Full Studio Credit issued.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: Non-refundable and no credit issued. This ensures we can maintain our class minimums and plan accordingly.
How Credits Work: Please note that Acuity does not issue automatic cash refunds. If you cancel within the allowed window, please contact the studio to receive a unique Credit Code for the value of your session.
Missed Classes: We do not offer makeup classes for missed classes.
